• Businesses must be based in Wales or have a genuine business presence within Wales.

• All votes are checked and verified before results are confirmed.

• Businesses are welcome to share the voting link and encourage customers to support them.

🏆 HOW THE AWARDS WORK

STAGE ONE – INITIAL VOTING

All eligible businesses can receive public votes during the initial voting period.

Once voting temporarily closes, votes are verified and the finalists are determined.

STAGE TWO – FINALIST VOTING

Finalists will be announced and voting will reopen for the final round.

All verified votes received during the initial round will carry forward and count towards the final results.

STAGE THREE – THE WINNERS

The businesses receiving the highest number of verified votes in their respective categories will be crowned winners.

Results are determined by public votes, not a judging panel.

❤️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Businesses do NOT need to purchase tickets or attend the awards ceremony to win.

• Purchasing tickets, merchandise or sponsorship does not influence voting results.

• Finalists and winners will be announced through our official channels.

• Businesses may request to withdraw their entry at any time.

• Any attempt to manipulate the voting system may result in votes being removed or an entry being disqualified.

• The organisers reserve the right to verify entries, review eligibility and remove invalid votes to protect the fairness of the awards.
